Cancellation policy

Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription from Hemptowns LLC, you agree to the following terms:

🔁 Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Hemptowns LLC to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

The subscription will continue until canceled by the customer.

🔔 Renewal Notification

Customers may receive reminder notifications prior to renewal; however, failure to receive such notification does not relieve the customer of responsibility for subscription charges.

❌ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard

  • Or by contacting our support team

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal charge.

Cancellations requested after a renewal charge has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

📦 Orders & Fulfillment

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription orders already billed for the current cycle will be fulfilled and are not eligible for cancellation.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.

🚫 Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

This includes:

  • Renewals

  • Partially used billing cycles

  • Orders marked as Delivered

  • Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

🧾 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:

  • Manage their subscription

  • Update billing information

  • Update shipping information

  • Cancel prior to renewal if desired

Failure to manage the subscription does not constitute grounds for refund.

💳 Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to contact Hemptowns LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to submit subscription confirmation, renewal authorization, IP logs, order history, and delivery confirmation as evidence in response to any dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and restriction from future purchases.

Agreement

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the recurring billing nature of the subscription

  • You authorize automatic charges

  • You accept these subscription terms
