Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, order processing may take up to 3 business days before shipment due to high order volume. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Orders shipped using our free shipping option are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery times are:
• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–8 business days after processing
• USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–5 business days after shipment
Please note that USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.
Next Day Shipping Clarification
Selecting Next Day Shipping does not prioritize order processing or guarantee faster dispatch. All orders are processed in the order they are received and may still require up to 3 business days for processing.
Next Day Shipping only applies to the delivery speed once the package has been handed over to USPS. The expedited timeframe begins after shipment, not at the time the order is placed.
Due to high package volumes within the USPS system, tracking information may not update immediately and can take several days to reflect movement. In some cases, tracking updates may only appear once the package reaches a local sorting facility, transit hub, or post office.
While USPS generally provides reliable service, delays or errors may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or carrier-related issues. Any delays or delivery errors caused by USPS are not the responsibility of Hemptowns and must be resolved directly with USPS.
Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Hemptowns ships orders strictly to the exact address provided and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase. We do not modify, edit, or replace shipping addresses after checkout unless the customer contacts us before the order is processed.
Hemptowns is not responsible for orders shipped to:
• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Outdated, saved, or auto-filled addresses
• Addresses entered incorrectly by the customer
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.
Delivered Orders
If USPS tracking shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address entered at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
Hemptowns does not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their delivery location.
If you are unable to locate a delivered package, you must contact USPS directly to initiate an investigation.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery timeframes. We ship all orders in accordance with the timelines stated above; however, final delivery is handled entirely by the postal carrier.
Hemptowns is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, scanning errors, or delivery mistakes once the package has been transferred to USPS.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Hemptowns, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including acceptance of responsibility for the shipping address provided and acceptance of carrier delivery confirmation as proof of fulfillment.
