Refund & Return Policy
Refunds & Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days on most unopened, unused, and resellable products. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date confirmed by the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Due to the nature of our consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We do not issue refunds for orders shipped to the address entered by the customer.
If tracking confirms that a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund.
Hemptowns is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Auto-filled or outdated addresses

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Delivery errors not officially confirmed in writing by the carrier
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional reshipping fees will apply.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
We do not offer refunds on:

Wholesale orders

Sale or discounted items

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier

Opened or used consumable products
All refund approvals are granted at our sole discretion.
Refund Processing Delays
If you have not received your refund:

Check with your bank or card issuer

Allow additional processing time

Contact support@hemptowns.com if the issue persists
Financial institutions may require additional processing time beyond our control.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, you must contact support@hemptowns.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Force Majeure
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for circumstances beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, government actions, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Hemptowns directly to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to submit the following as evidence in response to disputes:

Order confirmation

Checkout confirmation
-
IP address records
-
Payment authorization confirmation
-
Shipping confirmation
-
Carrier delivery confirmation
Filing a fraudulent dispute for an order marked as Delivered may constitute abuse of the payment system.
Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Hemptowns, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
